Summer 2011
This summer we have introduced two new medium roast coffees to our extensive selection.
Colombia Palmitas is grown in the San Sebastian de Palmitas region of the Central Cordillera north west of the city of Medellin. A very well balanced medium roast coffee with a gentle sweetness and full body. Best drunk black or with a little hot milk.
Malawi Mzuzu Geisha is grown by farmers belonging to the Mzuzu Coffee Farmers Co-operative Union. The Geisha bean is an ancient variety which is rarely produced on a commercial basis due to its low yield. The trees are tall and slender producing fewer branches. This fine coffee has a gentle acidity with a very full flavoured and aromatic after-taste. Medium roast and best drunk black or with a little hot milk.
