To make cafetiere coffee always preheat the maker with some hot water. Measure in 1 dessert spoon of medium ground coffee per cup and pour on the hot water slowly, while stirring. Wait for at least three minutes before pressing the plunger down, then pour.

Thermal la cafetiere keeps the coffee hot for up to three times longer than a normal glass cafetiere.
