Malabar-Monsooned
A strong, mellow, almost chocolaty flavour. Very low in acidity. 'Monsooned' refers to coffee grown in the Kerala district, which is stored to allow the monsoon winds to circulate through the coffee for six to seven weeks in May and June. The high levels of humidity, followed by complete drying has the effect of producing a rich, mellow flavour. Recommended for preparation in espresso makers. Serve as espresso or strong cappuccino.
