Maragogype coffee originated in Brazil but is now grown in Guatemala, Nicaragua and Colombia. Sometimes called Elephant beans they are much larger than normal with a spectaclar appearance, especially when very dark roasted.

Medium Roasted or Very Dark Roasted
A spectacular, large coffee bean. Medium roasted it is mild and delicate. Serve with hot milk. Very dark roasted, its character is powerful, but with almost no acidity. We recommend preparation in Cafetières or espresso makers. Serve black.
