The climate and soil structure in Peru offer tremendous possibilities for producing fine coffee. Unfortunately, Peru has experienced many political and economic problems and as a result the production of quality coffee has suffered. More recently many individual farmers are once again growing coffee of exceptional quality.

Medium Roasted or Very Dark Roasted
This award winning coffee is grown by Hernan Ele Tito Mamani near the Bahuaja Sonene National Park in south eastern Peru. As a medium roast the flavour is well balanced with a good acidity yet with a smooth aftertaste. Very dark it becomes very smooth and mellow without any bitterness and makes an excellent espresso coffee. Both Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance Certified.
