From the Makaibari tea garden in Darjeeling this exceptional green tea is quite unique in character. Delicate and fragrant with a lovely sweetness and floral notes, dry in the finish without any umami flavour lingering in the mouth. Best brewed for 2.5 minutes at 80C. A second infusion is possible.
