Dark Velvet Truffle
A version of the Dark Velvet Truffle was awarded "The World's Best Dark Truffle”. A complex ganache of intense dark São Tomé chocolate and Madagascan vanilla takes you on a journey, with fruity and earthy tones.
We have paired this with Creole Blend. Created in the 1950s by Harold Higgins himself, our richest and most popular blend is powerful, rich and very smooth with no acidity and a blackberry finish.
The long oak finish of the ganache beautifully matches the dark roast finish of the coffee, adding a smooth and rich body to the smoky intensity without masking the fruity blackcurrant note at the end.
You will receive four truffles, perfectly packaged in The Highland Chocolatier's red chocolate box.
