You will receive a box of 9 truffles, 5 Milk Velvet Truffles and 4 of our signature Mocha Truffles.
As part of our coffee and truffle pairing series, this Milk Velvet Truffle is paired with Costa Rica San Jose.
Our Costa Rica San Jose is a truly unique coffee with a nutty flavour, delicate lychee fruit notes, and a caramel finish. This is a full bodied coffee with gently acidity and a bright flavour.
The subtle, caramel noted couverture milk chocolate is blended with fresh cream from a single herd of Scottish cows to create this famously silky-smooth ganache.
The two are perfectly matched to emulate the gentle character and honeyed caramel notes of the coffee, as well as the sweetness of the chocolate.
