Our richest and most popular blend created in the 1950s by Harold Higgins himself, Creole Blend is powerful, rich and very smooth with no acidity and a blackberry finish.
The intense dark São Tomé chocolate and Madagascan vanilla of this complex ganache takes you on a similar journey to the Creole Blend, both with fruity and earthy tones.
The long oak finish of the ganache beautifully matches the dark roast finish of the coffee, adding a smooth and rich body to the smoky intensity without masking the fruity blackcurrant note at the end.
