Frequently asked questions
Our Signature Gift Box can hold up to four larger items and two smaller additions. You may also choose a greetings card or gift voucher as a finishing touch.
The Three Tea Caddy Gift Box includes three caddies, with one of each Ann-Louise Roswald design. Simply select three teas or Luxury Hot Chocolate, and we will fill the caddies for you.
Yes. Gift wrapping is available as an optional extra and can be added on the Finishing Touches screen as you create your gift.
Yes. Your personal message will be printed on the packing slip enclosed with your order. If you select one of our Nicky Jack watercolour greetings cards, we will write your message inside the card instead.
Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address at checkout, and we will send the completed gift directly to them.
