It is grown by Cesar Augusto Pedroza at Finca La Camelia in the hills of Garzón, Huila. His one-hectare farm sits at 1,700 metres above sea level in the village of Las Mercedes, where he cultivates 1,300 Gesha trees that are now four years old.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHarvest typically peaks in May and June in this part of central Huila, with a smaller secondary crop later in the year. In recent seasons, however, these patterns have begun to shift, most likely due to changes in the climate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExpect notes of white peach and bright citrus, with lemon and lime zest, layered with heady florals.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFinca La Camelia is particularly rewarding when prepared as a filter coffee.
