First Rainforest Alliance Farm in Brazil

First Climate-friendly farm verified to meet the Sustainable Agriculture Network’s Climate Module.

Winner of the prize “Prêmio Fazenda Sustentável 2015” by Globo Rural, Brazil’s major agricultural magazine, as the most sustainable farm in the country

Daterra use different beans from different ‘terroir’ on the farm to create this coffee especially to suit espresso, and name this blend “Bruzzi” after the Arbruzzo region in Italy.  It has a delightful, full-bodied flavour with a hint of acidity, cherry fruit and a smooth after-taste.

We roast this coffee dark and it is particularly suitable for espresso and cappuccino.

Use 17g coffee extract for 25-28 seconds to produce a 25g shot of espresso.
