Coffee: Decaf swiss water coffee

Starting with small batches, we remove caffeine in a gentle, 100% chemical free process, so that whether it’s morning or night, you have the option of enjoying your favourite coffee without the caffeine.

The Swiss Water Process is notably popular, with many roasters and businesses opting to use this chemical-free process.

We roast this coffee to a medium colour although because of the process it looks rather darker than a normal caffeinated coffee.

We recommend brewing this coffee as a filter or pourover. Use 18g of finely ground coffee per 250ml of water.

If you use this coffee in an espresso machine we recommend you buy beans and grind your own coffee as the fineness of the grounds can vary quite considerably according to which kind of machine you are using.
