Product Description

A dark chocolate ganache with crushed passion fruit and mango.

We have paired this with our best selling Blue Lady Tea.

To make our iconic Blue Lady tea, we combine black china tea with dried mallow flowers, aromatic dried marigold flowers and an uplifting grapefruit flavour to add that citrus edge.

The zest of crushed passion fruit blended in a ganache with a touch of mango accentuates the grapefruit notes of the Blue Lady a tropical fruit sensation for a deliciously refreshing experience.


Please note that all truffles are hand made to order. Orders for truffles placed by Wednesday each week will be shipped to you on the Friday of the following week. 



Please be aware that all truffles from the The Highland Chocolatier are made in an environment where nuts are present. Praline Truffles contain Hazelnuts. All truffles contain dairy in the form of milk and cream.
