Product Description

The word ‘Souchong’ is a term used to describe large leaves that have been rolled lengthwise and are therefore somewhat coarser in texture. Compared with the Formosa Lapsang Souchong this is lighter in character.

Famous for its smoky, syrupy taste, yet having a smooth flavour.

Recommended infusion time 3 minutes. You can re-infuse the leaves several times- for 1 minute and again for 20 and 10 seconds.

Serve black.
