Tea and Chocolate Tasting Flight
We are thrilled to bring you this collaboration between H. R. Higgins Coffee-Man and The Highland Chocolatier, Iain Burnett.
Together, we have carefully crafted this journey of taste, pairing some of H. R. Higgins finest teas with Iain’s incredible truffles to create this unique and exciting experience for you to enjoy at home.
Iain is a world-class, multi-award winning chocolate artisan whose Velvet Truffles have won over 40 prestigious awards including World Gold at the International Chocolate Awards - twice!
Our full tasting flight comprises of 20 handmade truffles as well as 125g of four expertly paired teas. Each flight will be accompanied with full tasting notes and beautifully presented in a H.R. Higgins gift box and wrapped in our signature coffee bean paper.

Ceylon Dimbula paired with a White Lime and Hint of Chilli Velvet Truffle
Japanese Cherry paired with a White Raspberry and Heather Honey Velvet Truffle
Earl Grey paired with a Lemongrass and Hint of Lime Velvet Praline
Masala Chai paired with an Orange and Hint of Clove Velvet Truffle
We are also delighted to bring you our very own Chai Velvet truffle! A creamy infusion of our very own Duke Street Blend, cinnamon, ginger, clove and cardamon in an indulgent milk chocolate truffle.
