A celebration of heritage, craftsmanship and time shared — this limited edition Father’s Day gift set has been curated by David Higgins and his father, Tony, drawing on decades of family tradition.
At its heart is a 250g bag of Peru Inambari Fairtrade Organic Dark Roast, freshly ground for filter brewing. Grown on the Agraria Frontera San Ignacio Cooperative in the Caijamarca region of northern Peru, this coffee is the result of a direct relationship with the farmer. The cooperative’s farm lies within protected forest, where wildlife such as spectacled bears and jaguars roam freely.
We roast this coffee dark to bring out a smooth, mellow character with no bitterness. The result is a rich, sweet cup with notes of cantaloupe, toffee, and dark chocolate — perfect for slow mornings and thoughtful moments.
To complete the set, we’ve included the Hario V60 Craft Coffee Maker Kit — a simple and elegant way to prepare outstanding pour-over coffee at home.

Finca El Ingenio is the result — a distinctive coffee grown on a sixth-generation farm in El Salvador’s Ahuachapán region. Shade grown, Rainforest Alliance certified and honey processed, it offers bright grapefruit and lime, tropical fruit and a smooth fudge-like sweetness, with just a hint of funk.
