A natural blend of Rooibos and herbs, this tea will help you drift into a peaceful sleep. Packed with ingredients that will help reduce stress and anxiety including Camomile flowers, Fennel, Lemon Balm, Valerian Root and Lavender.
This tea is light, soothing and refreshing, perfect for relaxing you at the end of the day.
Recommended brew method
It is important when brewing herbal teas to use boiling water. Use one level teaspoon which is around 3 grams per cup and if you are making a pot, add an extra spoonful of tea.
Steep the tea for between 5 and 8 minutes to ensure a full infusion.
Best served without milk.
