Blended by H.R.Higgins, this refreshing combination of Chinese Chun Mee green tea and cut peppermint leaves reflects a long-standing approach to tea selection and blending.
The smooth, gently tangy character of the green tea is balanced by the cooling freshness of peppermint, resulting in a cup that is both invigorating and composed. Inspired by traditional mint tea, it offers a clean, aromatic profile with a soft sweetness and a lingering, refreshing finish.

Recommended brew method
Infuse with water at 95°C for 5 minutes. Best enjoyed without milk, allowing the balance of green tea and mint to come through clearly.
