Milk Velvet Truffle
The Milk Velvet Truffle is a subtle, caramel noted couverture milk chocolate that is blended with fresh cream from a single herd of Scottish cows to create this famously silky-smooth ganache.
We have paired this with our Costa Rica San Jose, a truly unique coffee with a nutty flavour, delicate lychee fruit notes, and a caramel finish.
The two are perfectly matched to emulate the gentle character and honeyed caramel notes of the coffee, as well as the sweetness of the chocolate.
