Coffee: Creole Blend

Created by Harold Higgins in the 1950s to customers who were asking for stronger, darker blends but with no acidity.

We still blend the same South American coffees roasted to create a strong, rich coffee that will suit all occasions.

Powerful, rich and very smooth with no acidity and a blackberry finish.

We recommend this Creole Blend coffee for filter pour over. Use 20g fine ground coffee per 250ml water. Serve black or with cream. Or alternatively, try it in a cafetiere. Use 1 dessertspoon per 8oz cup.
