Altitude: 1200 – 1800 metres
Colombia can harvest coffee several times a season due to the variation in climate from the north to the south of its three mountain cordilleras.
When roasted slightly darker passion fruit, blackcurrant and a rich dark chocolate finish is evident.
We recommend brewing this Colombia Supreme Coffee as a filter or pourover. Use 19g of coffee per 250ml of water.
