Aerobie AeroPress
The Aerobie AeroPress is very light and extremely portable making it the perfect travel companion. In addition, this filter press makes deliciously smooth coffee whether you are brewing at home, on the move or in the office.
Our favourite method of brewing with the AeroPress is the 'upside-down' method. To do this attach the plunger to the cylinder in the open position and place on a counter with the cylinder uppermost. Then fill the cylinder with hot (not boiling) water, and add 17g of finely ground coffee. Next stir and leave to brew for 3 minutes. After this, place a filter disc in the filter holder and attach this to the cylinder. Finally, turn over and place the AeroPress onto a mug or jug, and press down all the way.
In the box alongside your Aerobie AeroPress, you will find a stirrer, measuring spoon, micro-filters and filter cap.

How Roast Level Shapes the Character of Coffee
The journey from green bean to finished coffee is shaped by countless decisions, but none more influential than roast level. This single factor determines whether a coffee is lively and bright, smooth and balanced, or bold and intense. At H.R.Higgins, we roast with purpose, tailoring each profile to bring out the finest qualities in the bean. Here’s how each roast style creates its own distinct experience in the cup.
