The Tea
David Higgins has long recommended our Afternoon Blend alongside a slice of cake, and it is easy to see why. Indian Assam brings a satisfying depth, Darjeeling lends a lighter touch, and Sri Lankan black tea gives the blend its lively character. A subtle note of bergamot completes this classic afternoon tea.
Each box contains 25 biodegradable pyramid tea bags.
To brew: Infuse one tea bag in freshly boiled water (100°C) for 3 minutes.
Ingredients: Indian Assam black tea, Indian Darjeeling black tea, Sri Lankan black tea, natural bergamot flavouring.
