The Tea
A long-standing favourite, Blue Lady is one of the most beloved blends in our tea collection — admired for its bright, perfumed character and distinctive flavour.
At its heart is China Keemun, a refined black tea known for its depth and complexity. To this we add dried mallow and marigold flowers, which lend a soft floral lift. Grapefruit brings the final flourish, introducing a vivid citrus note that is both refreshing and enlivening.
The result is a beautifully balanced tea — light yet layered, floral with a hint of fruit, and always uplifting.
Blue Lady is more than just a pleasure to drink. Keemun is naturally rich in antioxidants, while mallow and marigold have long been valued for their soothing and detoxifying qualities. Grapefruit, too, adds a touch of vitality, with its natural dose of vitamin C.

We’re often asked when the next new coffee is coming. The truth is, bringing a new coffee into the H.R.Higgins range is never rushed. It’s a process that takes time, care and a great deal of tasting.
Finca El Ingenio is the result — a distinctive coffee grown on a sixth-generation farm in El Salvador’s Ahuachapán region. Shade grown, Rainforest Alliance certified and honey processed, it offers bright grapefruit and lime, tropical fruit and a smooth fudge-like sweetness, with just a hint of funk.
A New Origin for H.R.Higgins
Discover Burundi Giku Hill, the first Burundi coffee to join the H.R.Higgins collection. A bright and elegant washed Red Bourbon with notes of citrus, stone fruit, cane sugar and black tea, sourced by our Head of Coffee from over 150 smallholder farmers in Kayanza Province.
