The Tea
There is something rather splendid about Blue Lady. Sri Lankan black tea gives the blend its bright, full flavour, while Keemun adds a smooth depth. Mallow, calendula and rose petals bring a delicate floral fragrance, while a lively grapefruit note gives this black tea its distinctive citrus finish.
This fragrant Blue Lady black tea makes a refreshing choice for the afternoon, with enough character to be enjoyed on its own. Each box contains 5 biodegradable pyramid tea bags, with room for the leaves and petals to unfurl as they brew.
To brew: Infuse one tea bag in freshly boiled water (100°C) for 3 minutes.
Ingredients: Sri Lankan black tea (86%), Keemun black tea (10%), mallow flowers, calendula petals, rose petals, natural flavouring.
