You will need...
30g Higgins Luxury Hot Chocolate
1 Cup of Milk (or alternative)
Slice of Chilli
Splash of Mezcal (optional)
Agave (optional)
Method...
1. Place 30g of flakes in your cup and pour over a little hot milk. Allow the chocolate to melt, then whisk until smooth.
2. Warm 1 cup of milk with a slice of chilli to gently infuse.
3. Add the remaining hot milk to your cup and stir until fully combined and velvety.4. If the moment calls for it, add a splash of mezcal.
5. Sweeten with a touch of agave, if you wish.
6. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy.
